JAGGAER's all-in-one software platform has the potential to revolutionise procurement, providing users with full control and visibility. However, the company faced significant challenges after the merger with SciQuest and BravoSolution. The brands of the three separate entities were not merged cohesively, resulting in an aggressive and masculine brand with no connection to technology software.
JAGGAER attempted to update its website without brand guidance, leading to further confusion until it engaged with Hypaspace. The resulting design was crisp, contemporary, and refreshing, with a hint of juxtaposition. The aggressive imagery of people shooting arrows and the overwhelming red colour were replaced, and a new era of brand clarity began.
The journey to this point was undoubtedly slow, painstaking, and tedious, involving updating thousands of documents, presentations, graphics, and more. However, JAGGAER is finally on the path to clearing up years of bad design choices and becoming what you expect from a technology solution provider.
